Apple Support Now on Twitter
Apple just started a new Twitter account for its support @AppleSupport. The account was created in July of 2015 just never used until Today. They are currently answering several tweets a minute mostly asking to continue the discussion in direct messages. The account will also include tips and tricks to using all the products.
