After Siri spilled the beans yesterday afternoon, Apple finally announced that WWDC will be held from June 13th through the 17th. The keynote was always famously held in the Moscone West convention centre but this year the Monday events will be held in the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. The same venue where they unveiled the iPhone 6S and iPad Pro.

The week will kick off at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium, the perfect venue to showcase the Keynote, State of the Union, and Apple Design Awards on Monday. Sessions and labs will start Tuesday at Moscone West.

The change of venue is possibly to accommodate more people as the max seating of the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium is close to 8,500.
