Maps Connect arrives in Canada
Ever wonder why only some businesses show up on Apple Maps? Well now, you can join in on the fun and get your small business listing in there.
Apple added a section called Maps Connect where, using your Apple ID, you can add the business lisiting in all its glory with addres, busines hours, Facebook, Twitter and Yelp accounts. You also have to validate your identity via phone and Apple has to approve the listing. All the better so we don’t end up with spam in Apple Maps.
